Delivery and Refund Terms

All services are provided entirely in digital form; no physical delivery is made.
Once the subscription payment is confirmed, the Buyer’s service package is activated and service delivery begins.
Services are accessed via https://panel.subscription.citymatrix.com.tr. Only customers authorized by the Seller can access this panel.
The service usually starts on the same day after payment approval.

Due to the digital and instant nature of the service, the statutory right of withdrawal under Turkish Consumer Protection Law applies only if the service has not yet started.
Once the service has begun, the statutory withdrawal right no longer applies. However, the Seller allows subscription cancellations at any time.
When a subscription is canceled, the service continues until the end of the current billing period and is then terminated.
Paid amounts are not refunded before the end of the service period.

All payments are securely processed via Iyzico.
The Seller does not store any credit or debit card details.
Billing details are stored in accordance with applicable legislation and may only be shared with third parties when legally required.
