Delivery and Refund Terms

1. Delivery

  • All services are provided entirely in digital form; no physical delivery is made.
  • Once the subscription payment is confirmed, the Buyer’s service package is activated and service delivery begins.
  • Services are accessed via https://panel.subscription.citymatrix.com.tr. Only customers authorized by the Seller can access this panel.
  • The service usually starts on the same day after payment approval.

2. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Due to the digital and instant nature of the service, the statutory right of withdrawal under Turkish Consumer Protection Law applies only if the service has not yet started.
  • Once the service has begun, the statutory withdrawal right no longer applies. However, the Seller allows subscription cancellations at any time.
  • When a subscription is canceled, the service continues until the end of the current billing period and is then terminated.
  • Paid amounts are not refunded before the end of the service period.

3. Payment and Security

  • All payments are securely processed via Iyzico.
  • The Seller does not store any credit or debit card details.
  • Billing details are stored in accordance with applicable legislation and may only be shared with third parties when legally required.
